Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Items bought during clearance sales or with discount codes
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Once approved, return the item to the provided address at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
- Email us at beauty.burst@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo proof.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for assistance.
